Public offer for services

1. General provisions and definitions

The Provider is sole proprietor Hanna Panainte. The Customer is a legally capable individual ordering Services for personal purposes. The Site is the official Robota Vam website at robotavam.com.

Services are the information, consulting and organisational support activities agreed with the Customer in connection with finding vacancies and preparing to work abroad. The exact scope, result, time frame and price are stated before payment in the manager’s proposal, invoice, message or other electronic order confirmation.

Submitting a request on the Site is a request for consultation and does not by itself create an obligation to pay.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider supplies the agreed Services and the Customer accepts and pays for them under this Offer and the confirmed order.

• information about vacancies, requirements, work and accommodation conditions;
• consultations concerning documents and next steps;
• help with an application or CV when included in the order;
• organisational communication with partners or employers and support within the agreed order.

3. Order and acceptance

Before payment, the manager states the scope, price, time frame, delivery procedure and expected result. The agreement is concluded upon full or partial payment of the agreed order, or another unambiguous electronic confirmation where the Provider’s proposal expressly permits it.

Payment constitutes acceptance of the Offer version in force on the payment date. Order confirmations and related documents may be sent by email or an agreed messenger and may be retained by the Customer.

4. Provision of services

Services are provided remotely by telephone, email, messenger, video call or electronic materials. Delivery begins after acceptance and receipt of the required information and documents unless otherwise agreed.

A Service or stage is delivered after the agreed consultation, material or result has been provided, or another action in the order confirmation has been completed. The Provider informs the Customer where timing depends on an employer, public authority or other third party.

5. Price and payment

The price is disclosed before payment. Payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnia by bank card through a payment service or by transfer to the Provider’s account. Any fee charged by the Customer’s bank is determined by that bank.

The price of an accepted and paid order does not change. A vacancy as information about an employment opportunity is not sold; payment is charged only for the agreed scope of the Provider’s Services.

6. Rights and obligations

The Provider supplies information that is current when communicated, performs the agreed scope and reports material changes. The Customer may request order status information and remedies for deficiencies as provided by law.

The Customer supplies accurate and complete information, provides documents on time, reviews the conditions before payment and does not use forged documents.

7. Cancellation and refunds

A refund request must be emailed to wworkplus@gmail.com and include the Customer’s name, contact number, payment date and amount, order description, reason and payment details. Never provide a PIN, CVV/CVC or card password.

Before delivery begins, the full amount is refunded except unavoidable third-party costs that were documented and separately agreed before payment. After delivery begins, the undelivered portion is refunded; properly delivered stages are accounted for under the agreed order structure.

Requests are reviewed within 10 business days. An approved refund is sent through the original payment method within 7 calendar days unless the law or payment-system rules require another period. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

8. Limits of responsibility

The Provider is not an employer, consulate, migration or border authority and cannot guarantee their decisions, a visa or permit, border crossing, acceptance for a particular vacancy or unchanged employer conditions.

The Provider remains responsible for proper performance of its own agreed Services. Neither party is liable during extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, provided the other party is notified promptly.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed to answer requests, perform orders, communicate with candidates, employers and partners, and comply with law. Further details are in the Privacy Policy available in the Site footer. Data-related requests may be sent to wworkplus@gmail.com.

10. Restriction for residents of Russia and Belarus

Services are not provided to residents of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus. Orders and payments from such persons are not accepted. An erroneous payment is returned subject to banking, sanctions and other applicable laws.

11. Disputes and governing law

Ukrainian law applies. A complaint may be sent to wworkplus@gmail.com and is reviewed within 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under applicable law without limiting consumer rights.

12. Term and amendments

The Offer applies from publication until withdrawal or replacement. A new version applies only to orders accepted after publication. An earlier accepted order remains subject to the version in force on its acceptance date unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
